With stellar performances from Hayashi Kotona and Miyu Ishikawa, Japan surged ahead 11-4. In the final set, Japan’s early dominance and crucial plays by Wada and Ishikawa gave them a 7-1 lead. Although Brazil fought back to tie the score, Japan held firm to win 15-12, securing their place in the final.
