Dawid Śmiełowski to Battle French Champion at XTB KSW 100

Dawid Śmiełowski, known for his explosive fighting style, will return to the cage at XTB KSW 100 on November 16 at the PreZero Arena in Gliwice. Currently ranked 7th in the KSW lightweight division, Śmiełowski (11-1) will face French double champion Aymard Guih (18-13-1) in what promises to be an intense battle. Both fighters are eager to make their mark on one of the most prestigious KSW events to date.

Śmiełowski’s Path to Redemption

After an impressive unbeaten streak early in his career, Śmiełowski has solidified his reputation as a knockout artist. Although he suffered his first career loss to Lom-Ali Eskiev, Śmiełowski quickly bounced back with a dominant victory against Bartłomiej Kopera at KSW 96. The Polish fighter’s aggressive approach has earned him multiple bonuses, including for „Fight of the Night” and „Knockout of the Night.” His matchup with Guih marks another critical step in his journey to reclaim his winning streak.

Guih’s French Dominance

Aymard Guih, a two-division champion in Hexagone MMA, made his KSW debut in style by defeating Francisco Barrio at KSW’s first event in Paris. With a wealth of experience from competing across Europe and holding black belts in judo, Guih will be a tough challenge for Śmiełowski. The Frenchman has competed in top organizations like Bellator and Cage Warriors and is eager to continue his success in KSW.

Star-Studded Main Event and Card

The highly anticipated KSW 100 event will also feature a main event between MMA legend Mamed Khalidov and undefeated Adrian Bartosiński for the middleweight title. Heavyweight champion Phil De Fries will defend his belt against Darko Stošić, while Rafał Haratyk faces Marcin Wójcik for the light heavyweight championship. Fans can also expect to see appearances from MMA stars Mariusz Pudzianowski, Robert Ruchała, and Piotr Kuberski, making it a must-watch event for fight enthusiasts.
