Lech Kędziora, a seasoned coach with a wealth of experience, will lead Energa Wybrzeże Gdańsk in the 2025 season. The 68-year-old will serve as the head coach of the first team and also oversee the youth training programs. Kędziora returns to Gdańsk after coaching stints in various clubs, including a successful run in 1998-2000 when he led the team to the Polish league bronze medal.

A Veteran of Polish Speedway

Kędziora’s long coaching career has seen him manage top teams across Poland, such as Grudziądz, Gniezno, and Łódź. Notable achievements include leading Włókniarz Częstochowa to third place in the 2022 season. His expertise is widely recognized, and he now takes on the challenge of rebuilding Energa Wybrzeże for the upcoming season, with support from Marek Dominik, who will assist in track preparation.

Backed by Strong Sponsorship

Energa SA from the ORLEN Group remains the title sponsor of the Gdańsk team, providing vital support. As one of Poland’s leading energy providers, Energa plays a crucial role in helping the team achieve its goals while also committing to sustainable energy, with more than half of its production coming from renewable sources.
