The KSW 99 event, originally scheduled for Ostrava, Czech Republic, will now take place at the smaller hall of PreZero Arena in Gliwice on October 19. This change was prompted by recent severe flooding in the Ostrava region, which has made organizing large events difficult. KSW officials expressed understanding of the situation and emphasized that the decision is temporary and does not affect the long-term partnership with Czech venues.
Fight Card Remains Unchanged
While the location has shifted, the fight card and date for KSW 99 remain the same. Fans who purchased tickets for the Ostrava event will be able to transfer them to the new venue in Gliwice or receive a refund. KSW 99 will also be the final event broadcast via Viaplay.
KSW 100 and Future Events
Following KSW 99, the highly anticipated XTB KSW 100 is set for November 16, also in Gliwice, with ticket sales already surpassing 90%. The organization reassured fans that other upcoming events, including KSW 101 in Paris and additional shows in January and February, will proceed as scheduled.
